For Travel Sessions: Please note that your therapist aims to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to all scheduled travel sessions, in order to setup the table and to conduct intake.

For On-Site Sessions: Please aim to arrive 10-15 mins early, especially if it is your first time and we must review paperwork prior to the massage.

If you need to reschedule for any circumstances, please do your best to do so 12 hours prior to your booked session. We understand emergencies arise; this will give adequate time for us to properly adjust our schedule, and give another client an opportunity to book that time. All cancellations following the the 12 hours may be subject to our cancellation policy.
